Having a morning skincare routine might sound complicated. But it’s really not. All you have to do is apply your favorite products in the right order. Here’s what you need to know to see results ASAP!
We’ve constructed a small and easy guide that goes straight to the point so that you can start applying your skincare products and see your skin glow.
Note: Not all the steps must happen every day. Plus, you can add or remove steps if you have any special skin care needs or according to the season.
This is the ideal morning skincare routine:
-
Cleanser
Your cleanser is responsible for removing impurities. This includes the sebum your skin produces, makeup from the previous day, or sunscreen.
We recommend:
Cleanse
Moisturizing honey wash that gently cleans, purifies, and soothes without stripping skin of natural moisture.
-
Exfoliator
This is an important step in beauty routines. It helps you deep clean your pores and removes dead skin cells and dirt, and dust. This will keep your skin radiant and avoid blackheads or pimples. However, you don’t need to exfoliate every day, most experts recommend doing it 2-3 times a week.
We recommend:
Erase
Cleansing, exfoliating, and brightening powder. Rolls off dirt, pollution, makeup, and congestion with spherically milled organic oat flour.
-
Toner
After cleansing and exfoliating your skin, you’re ready to moisturize. Your skin has a natural protective acidity, which can be affected after cleansing. Toners are responsible for rebalancing the pH of your skin and restoring its natural acidity. They are also designed to make your skin absorb serums, essences, masks, and moisturizers much more deeply.
-
Serum
A serum is a liquid of concentrated ingredients, and most focus on only one ingredient made to directly address a problem in the skin. It might be moisturizing, anti-age, anti-wrinkles, etc.
We recommend:
Balance
Hydrating and calming serum. Retains moisture while controlling oil and shine to minimize pores.
-
Eye contour
Remember, the skin of your eyelids is the thinnest and most delicate of your entire body. This means it's the most prone to develop wrinkles. Eye contour will help you prevent dark circles, eye bags, and wrinkles.
-
Moisturizer
Repeat after us, “ALL SKIN TYPES NEED TO USE MOISTURIZER.” If your skin is oily or dry, you just need to find the right product for you. Moisturizer is responsible for sealing all the hydration from the previous steps into your skin, thus preventing moisture loss and giving you a juicy and luminous appearance.
We recommend:
Restore
Protecting moisturizer. Nourishes and protects skin for a natural sheen.
-
Sunscreen
This might be the most important step in your morning routine. Sunscreen will help protect your skin from UVA and UVB rays, which will prevent premature aging, and the appearance of dark spots and will provide a layer of hydration and protection for your skin.
-
Makeup
Now, you’re ready for your makeup!
