RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The short version: if something's wrong, we'll make it right. Email us at info@luebyjeanseo.com and a human (usually Jean's team, sometimes Jean) will sort it out.
Returns. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because our products are skincare, we can't restock opened items β but tell us what went wrong; depending on the situation we may offer a replacement, a store credit, or a refund. Unopened products in original packaging can be returned for a full refund of the product price; return shipping is paid by customer.
Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you β your choice. No need to ship anything back unless we ask.
Reactions. Our formulas are minimal and gentle, but every skin is different. If a product doesn't agree with your skin, stop using it and contact us β we'll work something out. (Patch-testing on your inner arm before first full use is always a good idea.)
Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we process it, your bank or card issuer typically takes 5β10 business days to post it.
Subscriptions. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime after your second order from your account page or by emailing us. Cancellation applies to future shipments; orders already on their way follow the normal return policy above.
